We are used to degrees. Our school years are based on num-
bered degrees. We live and breathe different steps and thresh-

Many times it looks like we live for our worries. They sur-
round us and follow us everywhere we go. There might be a
lot to worry about or just many tiny issues that pile up and
make us uncomfortable. Worries are always subjective and
they also evolve over time. We learn to cope in life and do not

When are we most proud of ourselves? It is on those moments when we have done something ourselves that requires effort and hard work. The joy comes from our own notion that we have excelled ourselves. We did something that was hard or even unthinkable some time ago. And most of all we did it [...]

Our life is full of low and high moments. In the great
moments, we have a feeling of being in control and having
some special qualities. In the blue moments, we feel insecure
and imperfect. Usually we reflect our qualities and self-image

We get carried away either by thinking about our past or
