1:07 Doing things successfully but there's a there's a pattern between when you take advice other people when you take advice from those people are not maybe anymore doing new things but they have done something successful in the past and they have not renewed themselves meaning that they are in the cutting edge company doing the cutting-edge thing again the advice the knowledge the tool set may be harmful for you they are they keep on repeating or rinsing the same thing and it worked at the time in those circumstances with that team with that market setting but it doesn't mean that it works now at the time it was the new thing and it was the solution.

2:13 But it's pretty difficult to think be creative throw those things away just distill the the wisdom the expertise the experience the value and start from a scratch again because that's what you would like to get from those people because they haven't done it once if not all the cases 90 of the cases the only thing what you get is a huge and a disappointment and then you if you took the advice and you started to do and build things they weigh or the way it has been done or with the expertise and recommendations you have to go back and do it again maybe later with a lot of costs and admit that your intuition your vision.

3:17 Your way was the right way but it was not obvious not many people see it because hey that's the new thing and if you're looking for confirmation you can dr you would love to get validation from other people and you're not getting it you start to doubt yourself am I the fool here are we doing the right thing are we going the wrong direction because nobody else is doing what we're doing the only way to do something new is to build something new the only way to actually be good at something is to build it for that purpose and for that situation yes you should listen to other people yes you should be humble and ask advice but you should also be brave you should also be stubborn to fulfill the mission you want to do because if you do too many compromises the darn thing doesn't work.
