 So sweet and fun
 riding along
 euphoria fulfilling
 oceans crossing
 the shared joys of us
  
 The next day comes
 the trough is rough
 ignorant but blunt
  
 Illusions, was it all
 riding the crest
 deeper into us?
  
 Hollow wave
 takes you further
 sucks you deeper
 leaves you empty
  
 Moments of rush
 cherishes us
 mirages of thrust
  
 Bruised and stranded
 tending the landing
 of hollow waves
 abruptly stopping the ride
