0:00 Imposter syndrome is a badge of honor because most of the people tend to be most of the time within their comfort zone. So if you feel like that you are not exactly in your comfort zone, it means that you advance in developing and learning something new. Congrats. The best way to learn something is to try to teach others the same thing. Also, if you're still in your deep learning curve, others tend to help you as well because they see that you are eager to learn and they probably learn something as well. And well, you're not exactly in their level yet, so there's no threat there either. Certainly wired for the negative to keep us out of danger, to keep us improving. But it's also that the positive usually just reinforces what we already know, or at least hope to know that, yeah, things are working. But it's the negative which kickstarts innovation.

It doesn't help with the mood, but I think it's good to get feedback because most of the time people are not giving you any feedback. So you don't even know. So you are in a blissful ignorance in a sense that, yeah, maybe I'm doing good and people are just skipping.
