That's the only thing they needed to do, because these tanks, which are not actually in Italy, they were originally designated to be sent to Germany and modernized and then delivered to Ukraine, but Switzerland is blocking this thing. So they are not in Switzerland, Switzerland is not paying for them. The only thing they needed to do is because they originally were intended to be in Switzerland, that their permission is needed. And now they cannot let that to happen because of their, quotation mark, neutrality. And I think this is probably a pretty good example of what you say, that this prevents good things to happen, because I think it's really hard to argue that Russia is on the good side of this genocide at this point.
