[0:03] Welcome to business purpose and Clarity with patreon your host we talk about startup live insights practical tips mistakes failures and everything between are you stuck well that happens for everyone I don't mean physically stuck hopefully you're not stuck somewhere maybe you're stuck on the office or in your car in a traffic jam but that's not the stockness I mean I mean their business is a bit sticky it doesn't go on or you're waiting or something is not moving or you don't know what type of decision to make it hinders your progress you feel frustrated because stuff is not the big Revelation is that most of the business is just waiting you you're sending an email and then you're waiting for respond and just the magic is that you do a lot of these things and you fill the time with other things and this is the the magic also in the.

[1:07] Unstuckness I don't know whether that's about it but now it's a word how you can resolve the stuckness in your business case when you're building your startup and there's a lot of things to do but not all of the things are the ones which are contributing to the value creation of the company fancy words but basically meaning that you're getting customers and getting money and the product is something which you can sell when you're thinking that you have to wait before you can do something my encouragement is that okay yeah you can do that sometimes it's good to wait and sometimes you can sleep over something and the decision becomes more clear in the morning or you just take a little bit more perspective and then you know what to do that's uh that's totally okay and it's not stuck per se it's more like the tutors wondering about issues but in some cases you can also expedite stuff by thinking a bit further okay when I will.

[2:10] Get the responder when I get this or that what's what I will expect to get uh what are the next steps I'm doing so if you actually start to think about in this way maybe there's already something you can do or there's like tons of stuff you could already do because you're anticipating that eventually those things will uh come on your plate anyway so that may actually help you to do stuff or you can ask also the question that if I would have that stuff what would I do now uh what is important should I go this or that way and what is the first what can happen so if you're playing a little bit of these games in your mind it may be that you're actually not stuck at all it's just like an illusion because if you chase your perspective things look a little bit different and this is the Fantastic thing about asking the right questions because the stuckness usually I even found a word for that it's like black if you think that you are really like in cul-de-sac there's no way out there's no.

[3:17] Resolution there's no solution for the issue you're having usually that's not the case it's just like that you have to either go back to your expectations you have to check your assumptions you have to look it from the other perspective and it's not really about the time most of the time there's something you can do maybe you can even expedite things maybe do them 10 times 100 times cheaper if you just look it from the different angle that's the magic what I can offer for those really clever creative Founders who are full of energy and frustration and oftentimes at the same day and same hour even because that's just the life of the startups doing some fluctuating some things are moving ahead and the others are not then well you know all about how can you be unstuck let me know what is your method and what do you prefer and what is not working and more importantly what is working so those people who are stuck at the moment.
