Have you ever considered what dying means? Often we are
very shady and quiet about death. It is something we do not
want to consider or think about. It is a taboo. It is something
that only happens to somebody else—not to us. In other
words—we are afraid of it. But why?
What exactly are we afraid of? Something [...]

Life is breathing. It has three different phases—inhalation,
short pause, and exhalation. Internal and external action—
visible and invisible. Active and passive.
Breathing is living. Its intensity varies with scale. Some
breathe faster than others—their perceptions and realizations
are relative to their tempo. Small beings (e.g., cells) have dif-
ferent breathing cycles than large beings (with larger mass),
such as humans, [...]

In our language death means the opposite of living. Being
alive is to live, create, explore, and experience. Death is some-
thing where nothing is moving and everything stays still, a
total freeze or a complete stop. It is something where nothing
new is developed nor does anything change; death is simply a
state where nothing is created anymore.

The more we let go,
the more we gain,
right choices,
and confidence;
Knowing the way,
gives us the lead,
the bearing and the heading,
that guide us through,
the storms and thunders,
sunshine and rains,
through the gates,
of rose gardens and caves;
Our way,
is not here to stay,
it provides us,
the illusion of power,
control and sorrow;
It gives us the taste,
but lets us down;
Or is [...]

Life is a moment, a declaration;
It puts us into a test,
of persistence and consistence;
It kindly teaches us the origin,
of who we are and what we are.
Life keeps us busy,
Let us find our way.
It whispers in our ears,
and shows us the road.
The journey is long,
we have to do it alone;
Often we are lost,
and the road [...]

It’s funny that we desire to travel through time. Besides self-
ish interest, what purpose would it serve? We are actually time
travelers all the time. Or should I say channel surfers?
We get carried away either by thinking about our past or
piling up with dreams of the future. These two activities take
most of our time. The [...]

Our culture, society, administration, political system, infra-
structure, laws, processes, properties, possessions, and even
money are just a framework. They are the setting, the means
for the essence. These things change and evolve over time.
Technology develops and we gain more knowledge and
understanding, which is reflected in the world around us. Our
collective knowledge changes through the decades and cen-
turies. [...]

Time is a great paradox. We are almost never in the time.
Being in the moment is almost nonexistent for us. When do
we have the time?
Time is a concept that has many purposes for us. It enables
us to escape from the current moment. We can either wander
around our past or dream about the future, but [...]

You can see it from the outset. Some people have lots of wor-
ries and they have a large weight on their shoulders; they are
almost buried under the burden. Most of us, however, are
somewhere in between. We have some concerns and troubles
that create stress and tension, but we manage with them. Still,
we cannot say that we [...]

Do we know what it is to live? We say we’re living. So we
should be masters of life. What does it mean to be alive?
It looks like a lot of routines and useless everyday tasks. We
call it the ordinary life. But by being alive we mean none of
those moments of gray days and sleepy [...]
